Terms of Business

1. Introduction

We, Signature Prints Pty Ltd, sell products and goods on these terms.  If you place an order on our website, or by phone, or email, or from our Showroom, these terms will apply.

Consumer Customers Only: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Business Customers Only: These terms supersede any previous oral, written or email agreement, but liability for fraudulent or grossly negligent misrepresentation is not excluded.  Any variations to these terms must be agreed in writing (but not by email).

2. Descriptive Errors

Occasionally errors can occur in descriptions or pricing of products, especially on the website.  We therefore reserve the right where there has been an obvious error to cancel the contract by written notice or email to you, and to offer a full refund (including delivery) or an exchange for the correct product and price or nearest equivalent.

3. Payment

Stock items payable in full before delivery. For other items you must pay 50% of the purchase before product can go to production. The remaining 50% to be paid before completed goods can be dispatched.

4. Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation on custom orders where production has been commenced.

5. Delivery

Delivery is not included in the quoted price of goods, except as may be stated in any offers on our website, otherwise we will explain your options when accepting a telephone or email order. Where applicable, your order will be delivered by your chosen method. We may substitute another method from time to time, however, it will not cause any delays or be more costly, and it will be secure.

We dispatch goods in stock the next working day. Where goods are not in stock, we dispatch them as soon as they are in stock, once payment has been received in full. NB: there is a 3 (three) week lead- time on some product.

6. Transfer of Ownership

The goods belong to us until we have received payment in cleared funds, and the terms of the “Romalpa Clause” apply as per our invoices.

7. Product Liability

Signature Prints’ liability for any defect or claim is limited to the value of invoice only. Claims are not liable after paper/fabric has been cut, or any other treatment has been applied to the paper/fabric.

8. Returning Goods

Faulty Merchandise Only.Faulty returns will only be accepted on uncut rolls, within 7 days of invoice. It is purchaser’s responsibility to check goods, including if delivered directly to a third party.

9. Signature Prints™ Copyright

Each design is subject to copyright. The creation of any similar design, which includes reproduction of a substantial part of the designs of Signature Prints’ Collections (measured in quality not quantity), without the permission of Signature Prints will be an infringement of the copyright of the original.
